- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced English (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers
- Experience guiding managers through corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management in compliance with the LFT
- Experience owning new hire onboarding, organizing training programs, and ensuring DC-3 compliance certificate issuance
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting site HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and employee relations activity
- Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT
