This role combines engineering governance, operational resilience, reporting, controls, analytics, process improvement, and product ownership responsibilities.

The idóneo candidate is analytical, organized, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence, governance, reporting and risk management. This position offers broad exposure to engineering leadership, operational resilience initiatives, governance strategy, technology risk management, and enterprise-scale process improvement efforts.

Required Skills:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management; Or equivalent practical experience.

o Experience in one or more of the following areas:

§ Incident Management and Change Management

§ Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)





§ Engineering Governance / Operations

§ Technology / Operational Risk o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including usage of AI tools.

o Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar technologies.

o Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

o Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
