Financial regulatory lawyer
We are looking to hire a lawyer for the M&A; practice at our offices in Mexico City.
Requirements
Law Degree.
Eight to 11 years of experience in M&A;, banking and finance law, acquired in a law firm.
Knowledge of the areas of corporate, finance and transactional law.
A high level of English.
Role
Providing legal advice on
financial regulation
.
Analysing and interpreting legal and regulatory provisions applicable to financial institutions and transactions.
Advising on matters relating to
banking, financial services and regulated transactions
.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and contracts relating to financial transactions.
Identifying and analysing regulatory implications in clients' projects and transactions.
Monitoring regulatory changes and their impact on clients' transactions.
Coordinating and participating in projects with multidisciplinary teams and national and international clients.
