TCS is looking for an Endpoint Engineering.Work modality: Hybrid(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)Job summary:Technical Skills- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.
- Familiarity with ITIL fundamentalsSoft Skills- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and process-oriented mindset.Nice-to-Have Experience- DEX platform – Nexthink- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) support.
- Windows Autopilot deployments.
