About the Job:

As an Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, you’ll be responsible for growing sales and profitability across the Central America region for Nouryon’s Polymer Specialties business. You’ll manage relationships with customers, distributors, agents, and Nouryon sales offices while looking for new business opportunities and helping customers find the right products and solutions. You’ll also work closely with our technical, marketing, customer service, and sales teams to deliver strong customer support and achieve our business goals.

In your future role as Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, you will:

• Achieve sales volume, profitability, and financial targets for your assigned Central America territory.
• Manage and grow existing customer, distributor,



and agent relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Develop annual sales strategies and budgets for key customers and business partners.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
• Recommend pricing strategies and provide commercial offers to customers.
• Work with distributors to support product knowledge, pricing, technical questions, and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate technical support between Nouryon’s Technical Development team and customers.
• Work with Marketing and Sales teams on market strategies, account plans, customer profiles, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, enter new markets, introduce new products, or improve pricing.
• Guide customers on product selection, applications, product properties, packaging, availability, and competitive alternatives.
• Follow up on product samples to identify potential applications and new
