JR. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (FACILITIES)

Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon (On-site)

Position Purpose

Ensure the plant facilities remain in optimal operating condition through the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as improvement projects, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for plant facilities.
- Coordinate infrastructure improvement, renovation, and preservation projects.
- Supervise work related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, construction, painting,



and roofing systems.
- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities, completed work, and project progress.
- Manage and control departmental expenses and generate corresponding reports.
- Develop RFQs, bidding processes, and vendor selection for specialized services and projects.
- Participate in and follow up on ISO audits and related requirements.
- Ensure facilities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Plumbing systems, Civil construction and facility maintenance, HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Electrical systems. Roofing and painting systems.
- Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate AutoCAD.
- Conversational English.
