Job Title: Instructional Designer / Content Creator – Change Enablement Job Location: Mexico (Remote) Job Type: Long Term Contract (12 months plus possible extension) BayOne is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Content Creator to join the Change Enablement team. This role focuses on designing engaging learning experiences, developing training content, supporting organizational change initiatives, and maintaining internal knowledge resources. The adecuado candidate has experience creating multimedia learning materials, driving internal communications, and leveraging modern content creation tools to improve employee adoption of new processes, products, and technologies.

This is a blended role requiring expertise in instructional design, learning content development, change management support, and digital content publishing.

Responsibilities - Design and develop engaging learning experiences for internal employees.

- Create instructor-led and self-paced training materials including presentations, job aids, user guides, playbooks, and reference documentation.
- Produce multimedia learning assets such as short videos, GIFs, screen recordings, tutorials, and interactive content.
- Script, record, edit, and publish training videos using modern content creation tools.
- Support organizational change initiatives through employee communications including emails, newsletters, announcements, FAQs, and awareness campaigns.
- Create and distribute feedback surveys and analyze adoption metrics to measure training effectiveness.
- Track learning engagement, communications performance, and change adoption metrics.




- Publish and maintain learning assets on company's internal knowledge portal and collaborate with the web development team to keep content current.
- Partner with Program Managers, Change Managers, Product Teams, UX, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex technical concepts into simple learning experiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, quality standards, and content governance across all learning materials.
- Continuously improve learning content based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Learning & Development, Technical Communication, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, change enablement, or training development.
- Experience creating learning materials including slide decks, training documentation, quick reference guides, and knowledge articles.
- Experience producing multimedia learning content including videos, GIFs, and screen recordings.
- Strong written communication and content development skills.
- Experience supporting internal communications for organizational change initiatives.
- Experience maintaining content within CMS, knowledge management systems, or internal web portals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.





Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts or digital transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience working in cross-functional environments within large technology organizations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital learning content.
