Role: M&A; M365 Integration Engineer

Location : Remote

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to manage M365 migrations during Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) and divestitures. The role covers migration planning, execution, testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 / Exchange migrations .
- Work with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest ODM, ShareGate , and native Microsoft migration tools.
- Manage migration infrastructure, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Handle DNS, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email-related issues.
- Troubleshoot M365 issues through ServiceNow .
- Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Create migration documentation, SOPs, status reports, and project plans.
- Identify risks and support automation of migration processes.
- Ensure security and minimal business disruption during migrations.
