Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 MXN / month + Housing & Vehicle Package

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance Operations: Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery, production lines, and electromechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) to diagnose failures, minimize downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement programs (TPM, 5S, Kaizen) and propose equipment reliability enhancements.
- Vendor & Equipment Coordination: Coordinate with external suppliers and technical teams for equipment installation, commissioning, and spare parts management.
- Documentation & Safety: Maintain technical reports, inventory records, and ensure full compliance with industrial safety standards (OSHA/local regulations).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with production, engineering, and safety teams to maintain seamless plant operations.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Professional License / Cédula Profesional and Diploma / Título are required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Solid background in electromechanical systems, predictive/preventive maintenance, and automated production machinery.
- Languages: Advanced conversational English skills (business/technical proficiency required).
- Relocation: Full availability to relocate to the United States.
