As a Manufacturing Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing capacity models to optimize manufacturing operations. You will support data-driven decision-making to ensure efficient use of labor and machine resources, contributing to improved production planning and operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Sr. Operational Specialist, and you’ll work out of our MX31 location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact manufacturing capacity planning and resource optimization, enabling Honeywell to meet production goals while maintaining cost control and high-quality standards.
- Analyze current manufacturing capacity and develop capacity models to support production planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to optimize labor and machine utilization.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to align capacity models with supply plans and business objectives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in manufacturing capacity analysis and model development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management concepts.
- Proficiency with manufacturing planning tools and software relevant to capacity modeling.
WE VALUE
- Associate degree or diploma in a related technical or analytical field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing within building automation or related industries.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical information clearly.
