The firm focuses on delivering high-quality experiences for residents and investors while maintaining long-term asset value through careful maintenance, renovation, and operational oversight.Role OverviewThe Residential Maintenance Manager (RMM) will oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation needs of 20+ luxury residential properties.
This includes project managing new acquisitions and construction, coordinating vendors, and implementing systematic processes to ensure properties meet operational and investor standards.
The RMM will build a knowledge base of properties to streamline ongoing maintenance and care, ensuring the best experience for residents and investors.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- Project management of maintenance, renovations, and on-site operations- Vendor management and budgeting for services and projects- Solve repair and maintenance issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, home automation, pool/spa, and security systems- Thrive in integral, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities- Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail- Communicate effectively with asset managers, local hosts,
