The role focuses on incident management, platform stability, data refresh monitoring, access support, and user enablement, while ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport & OperationsProvide L1/L2 support for SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP DatasphereTroubleshoot issues related to data refresh, performance, access, models,



and schedulingMonitor jobs, data loads, integrations, and platform healthResolve connectivity issues with SAP and non-SAP data sourcesAccess & SecuritySupport user access, roles, and permissionsAssist with authentication / access-related issuesParticipate in access reviews and compliance documentationAnalytics & User EnablementSupport SAC stories, dashboards, calculations, and data modelsAssist business users with analytics and reporting requestsEnsure adherence to modeling, performance, and visualization best practicesDocumentation & ComplianceDocument incidents, resolutions, and operational activitiesMaintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articlesEnsure compliance with GxP / SOX requirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Strong experience with SAP DatasphereExperience providing L1/L2 application supportKnowledge of SAP data sources (S/4HANA, HANA, HANA Cloud, CDS)Understanding of data refresh, scheduling, and monitoringExperience working in enterprise and/or regulated environmentsStrong documentation and communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
