NetOps Engineer

Location: Mexico – Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled NetOps Engineer to support enterprise network operations, infrastructure deployments, automation, and configuration management across complex on-premises and cloud environments.

The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with network administration and operations , combined with network automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and multi-vendor networking technologies .

This role will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and automating network infrastructure while supporting highly available and scalable enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure and day-to-day Network Operations (NetOps) activities.
- Perform network deployment, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Design and implement automated network configuration and provisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain network automation workflows to reduce manual configuration and operational effort.
- Implement configuration management and Infrastructure Automation practices across network environments.
- Integrate network infrastructure processes into CI/CD pipelines .
- Support automated network deployments, configuration changes, testing, and validation.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration issues.
- Work across multi-vendor network environments including Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, and Versa Networks .
- Support network infrastructure hosted in or integrated with AWS and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Security,



and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in network deployment projects, migrations, upgrades, and production implementations.
- Develop and maintain network configuration standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor network environments and proactively identify potential operational issues.
- Support incident resolution and participate in troubleshooting of production network issues.
- Apply automation and DevOps principles to improve network reliability, consistency, and scalability.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Network Administration and Operations
- Enterprise network deployment and production support
- Network troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Network configuration, maintenance, and infrastructure support
- Experience supporting large and complex network environments

Network Vendors / Technologies Hands-on experience with one or more of the following, with strong experience across multiple platforms preferred:
- Cisco
- Aruba
- F5
- Palo Alto Networks
- Versa Networks

Network Automation
- Network automation and configuration management
- Automated network provisioning and deployment
- Infrastructure automation
- Configuration standardization
- Scripting/programmatic approaches to network management

CI/CD & DevOps




- Experience integrating infrastructure/network processes with CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code and automation concepts
- Automated configuration deployment and validation
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and source-control workflows

Cloud Networking
- AWS
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience supporting network infrastructure in cloud or hybrid environments

Required Experience
- Strong professional experience in Network Operations / Network Engineering
- Hands-on enterprise network deployment and support experience
- Experience working with multiple network vendors
- Demonstrated experience with network automation and configuration management
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Experience supporting production environments
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Experience working in cross-functional Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and Security environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Network automation certifications or relevant Cisco/Aruba/F5/Palo Alto/Versa certifications
- AWS or Oracle Cloud certifications
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for network automation
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with Git-based development and deployment workflows
- Experience supporting hybrid on-premises/cloud network environments
