Your Path to a High-Impact Oracle Fusion Career

As an Oracle Fusion Support Analyst, you will provide functional support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve system issues, support business requirements, manage quarterly updates, improve reporting capabilities, and optimize processes.

What You’ll Do

Application and Functional Support

· Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion applications.

· Investigate and resolve production incidents, user inquiries, configuration issues, and service requests.

· Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

· Maintain system configurations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

· Support multiple functional areas, including:

o Core Human Resources o Workforce Structures o Oracle Recruiting Cloud o Talent and Performance Management o Learning Cloud o Compensation o Benefits o Journeys o Security

Experience in Core Human Resources, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Compensation,



and Journeys is especially relevant for this role.

Business Partnership

· Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand operational needs.

· Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements.

· Advise stakeholders on Oracle functionality and leading practices.

· Support workforce management, talent, employee services, and employee experience initiatives.

Releases, Testing, and Documentation

· Review Oracle quarterly releases and assess their potential impact.

· Coordinate regression and user acceptance testing.

· Develop test scripts and document testing results.

· Maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration records, and knowledge articles.

· Communicate release changes, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Reporting, Security, and Compliance

· Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher.

· Support workforce analytics, compliance reporting, audits, and data-validation activities.

· Investigate data discrepancies and assist users with reporting requirements.

· Support security roles, data-access controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements.

· Help protect employee information and maintain compliance with applicable requirements.

Who You Are

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

· 5 to 10 years of experience supporting Human Capital Management or enterprise systems.





· At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud support experience.

· Experience supporting several Oracle Fusion functional areas.

· Experience managing production incidents, enhancements, configurations, quarterly releases, and testing.

· Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

· Advanced English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

· Resume submission in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

· Oracle Fusion Cloud certification.

· Experience supporting general Oracle Fusion environments.

· Knowledge of Data Loader, Oracle Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

· Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations.

· Experience with payroll integrations and downstream applications.

· Experience in consulting, managed services, or shared-services environments.
