Location: Toluca / Mexico City (On-site)About the RoleWe are looking for a Demand Planner to join our international organization and support demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination across the supply chain.Experience & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economic, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning), Inventory Control, etc.- Advanced Excel skills: experience with Blue Yonder (D360/IO) and SAP (S/4HANA is a plus), Power BI, data management.
- Knowledge of database administration, PowerPoint, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Hyperion Planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in inventory management, forecasting, and product obsolescence.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to commute to the job site in Toluca / Mexico City.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.

- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, inventory turnover, and deployment accuracy.
- Analyze inventory performance, including stockouts and overstock situations.
