Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in related areas.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes.
- Experience with domestic and international purchasing, follow-up, and logistics.
- Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid U.S. Visa and Mexican Passport.

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze purchasing requirements generated by the MRP system and prepare purchase orders.
- Schedule and follow up on material deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, lead times, and potential supply disruptions.
- Keep purchase order information, including dates, quantities, prices,



and status, updated in the ERP system.
- Ensure timely material availability to prevent production downtime or delays.
- Follow up on delayed materials and changes to production plans.
- Support quotation processes, cost-saving initiatives, negotiations, and alternative supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate with Quality regarding the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers.
- Work closely with Production, Master Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Service, among other departments.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
