Advance Your Career as a Production Supervisor in Our Mexicali Plant . The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and leads a team of operators to achieve operational goals.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Supervises and coordinates the activities of a support, production or operations, logistics or warehouse team. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Lead across assigned areas or shifts and works within a team structure including crewing efforts, paying employees, providing feedback on performance, recommendations for employee selection.

- Conduct management and corrective action while maintaining a positive employee environment.

- Internally, the incumbent plays a key role in the human relations activities in the Plant. A considerable amount of time is spent interacting with teams and team members solving problems and furnishing advice or direction.

- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.

- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance for repairs.





- Lead and develop production team members through coaching and training.

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent, in a manufacturing environment required.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Team (people) leadership, problem-solving, communication, and SAP/DLX experience highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- Conversational English skills
