Position Summary We are seeking a Quality Analyst with strong experience in functional testing, UI automation, and API testing to support enterprise and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases through effective test planning, execution, automation, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright.
- Perform API testing and automation using Postman and Bruno.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Validate production deployments and support release sign-off activities.
- Maintain test evidence and ensure traceability of testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong functional and regression testing expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
- Experience with Postman and Bruno for API testing and automation.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing cloud-native and distributed applications.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI application testing.
- Experience with Git and version control.

Additional Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
