We are looking for a React Native Lead.

(We are not looking for React developers with mobile development experience or someone who has worked on React Native for only 1-2 years.)

Must have:

- 4+ years of React Native experience.
- 4+ years of native mobile development experience (iOS or Android).
- Experience building pipelines and automating deployment processes.
- Needs to have hands-on experience and should be able to code. (There will be a coding assessment.)
- Must be able to work in the US Mountain Time zone.
- Needs to have good communication skills.
- Ability to lead remote teams across time zones.
- Understanding of state management libraries.
- Must know TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Must know either Swift or Kotlin.

Preferred:

- Experience writing bridge code in Kotlin or Swift if needed.
- Experience publishing NPM libraries.
- Any GitHub or other repositories that we can review.
