What You’ll Do

- Recruit qualified RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and other ABA professionals.
- Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ experience, qualifications, availability, and career goals.
- Use your ABA knowledge to identify qualified candidates and assess their fit for available opportunities.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using our ATS.
- Handle a high volume of interviews, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Match candidates with roles that align with their skills, location, and availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment updates.
- Communicate promptly and professionally to create a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to meet urgent staffing needs.

What You’ll Bring

- Professional experience in ABA is required.
- Experience working with or recruiting RBTs, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, or other ABA professionals.




- Previous experience in recruitment, interviewing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of ABA roles, qualifications, and industry requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, interviewing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent follow-up skills and a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly.
- Spanish/English bilingual speakers are a plus but not required.
