About Second Home CFO

Secondo Home CFO provides independent financial oversight for owners of luxury second homes and villas in Los Cabos.

Property Managers handle the day-to-day operation of the property. We provide owners with an independent financial view of what their property is costing them - reviewing expenses, invoices, utilities, reports and other financial information to help them understand and oversee their property´s finances.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Referral Partners with established relationships in the Los Cabos luxury real estate and second-home market.

This is not a traditional sales position. You will not be responsible for managing clients, preparing financial analysis, or delivering our services. Your role is to identify potential clients who may benefit from independent financial oversight and introduce them to Second Home CFO.

We are particularly interested in professionals who regularly work with owners of luxury properties, including:

- Luxury Real Estate Agents and Brokers
- Property Managers
- Real Estate Attorneys and closing professionals
- Escrow professionals
- CPAs and tax advisors
- Wealth managers and other trusted advisors

What you´ll do

- Identify potential Second Home CFO clients within your professional network.
- Introduce qualified prospects to Second Home CFO




- Help us build relationships within the Los Cabos luxury property community.
- Maintain professional discretion when discussing potential clients and their properties.

Second Home CFO will handle the consultation, proposal, onboarding and delivery of services.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Referral Partners are compensated for qualified clients who become paying Second Home CFO clients.

There is no salary or fixed compensation. The opportunity is designed for professionals who already have relevant relationships and want to create an additional revenue stream by connecting their clients and contacts with a specialized financial oversight service.

Who this is for

This opportunity is best suited for someone who already has a strong professional network in the luxury property market and is comfortable making warm introductions.

You do not need to be a finance professional. What matters most is your network, credibility and understanding of the luxury second-home market.

Location

Remote, with a focus on Los Cabos and its international second-home owner community.
