Neovance is seeking an ML Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and operationalize generative-AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock across its patient-access, engagement, and analytics platforms. The engineer will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and SRE/RunOps teams to deploy reliable, scalable, and secure AI capabilities into production, while applying strong software-engineering, AWS, API-integration, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and operationalize generative-AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock.

Evaluate and integrate foundation models, and develop prompt-engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Build AI agents and model-enabled workflows across patient-access, engagement,



and analytics platforms.

Integrate Amazon Bedrock with enterprise data sources and APIs.

Implement model evaluation, security, guardrails, observability, and cost optimization.

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and SRE/RunOps teams to deploy reliable, scalable, and secure AI capabilities into production.

Key Requirements

Applied expertise in software engineering, AWS, API integration, and MLOps practices.

Experience developing prompt-engineering, RAG solutions, and AI agents.

Demonstrated ability to integrate generative-AI models with enterprise data sources and APIs.

Hands-on capability to implement model evaluation, security, guardrails, observability, and cost optimization
