Your Role

As a Finance & Business Analyst at Capgemini, you will play a critical role in supporting business performance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will work across multiple business functions, leveraging financial, operational, and commercial data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with large datasets, building financial models, developing reporting solutions, and transforming complex information into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Scope

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance against targets, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key variances and trends.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and business outcomes.

Business & Data Analysis
- Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data across multiple business functions.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities within large and complex datasets.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis requests and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting packages and performance dashboards.
- Create data visualizations and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Standardize reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.
- Support executive reporting and business review processes.





Data Management & Process Improvement
- Clean, structure, and manage large volumes of business and financial data.
- Develop scalable Excel-based tools, templates, and models.
- Partner with technology and data teams to improve reporting infrastructure and data workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial and operational reporting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

o Complex formulas o Pivot Tables o Power Query o Macros/VBA o Financial modeling
- Experience developing financial models and business performance analyses.
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
