Sobre nuestro cliente International manufacturing company (SSC) Descripción - Lead the Record to Report (RTR) process for assigned entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities in accordance with corporate policies.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and applicable local accounting regulations.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics within the RTR function.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, Payroll,
and FP&A; teams to ensure integrated and efficient end-to-end financial processes.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the Shared Services environment.
Perfil buscado - Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Advanced English (required for interaction with global teams).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Record to Report (RTR), including at least 2 years in people management roles.
- Proven recent experience working in Shared Service Centers (SSC) or General Business Services (GBS) environments.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, internal controls, and financial close processes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.
