Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential clients, and manage a pipeline of prospects through the full sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with internal teams to support client needs, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. The Salesperson will regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a technology or services environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed defined sales targets.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software to document activities and analyze sales data.
- Fluency in Spanish; intermediate or advanced English is highly beneficial for communication with international stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset, resilience in handling rejection, and a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
