As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in setting our clients up for success. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth and accurate experience. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements.
- Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts.
- Apply strong financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage multiple client projects across various industries.
- Follow structured project plans aligned with client needs and timelines.
- Deliver high-quality service that is both timely and within scope.
- Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and drive results.

Gets You to the Top of the List:
- 5–7 years of experience in GAAP-based accounting and financial reporting.
- 1 year of public accounting experience working with U.S. companies.
- Strong client communication skills and a passion for helping small businesses.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
- Industry exposure in e-commerce, product-based businesses, technology, real estate, or professional services.
- Consulting experience with multiple clients or projects at once.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and app integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
- Bonus: Experience in public accounting or working in a remote, tech-forward environment.
