About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Lead DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, observability, and production support.

This is a technical leadership role . The selected candidate will be expected to remain hands-on while also providing technical guidance, leading troubleshooting efforts, reviewing solutions, and helping define DevOps standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Cloud infrastructure.
- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, or CloudFormation .
- Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines .
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Support and troubleshoot production environments.
- Lead incident resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in Cloud migration, modernization, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements




- 8+ years of professional IT experience .
- 5+ years of strong hands-on DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience .
- Previous experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer, DevOps Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role .
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure .
- Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code .
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes , preferably EKS and/or AKS.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell .
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Elastic, or Dynatrace .
- Strong understanding of Cloud networking, IAM, security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and production support.
- Experience handling critical incidents and production troubleshooting.
- Professional English required .

The adecuado candidate should be able to demonstrate real experience designing Cloud infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, operating Kubernetes environments, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting production incidents, and guiding other engineers.
