Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with strong experience managing the submission and approval of medical and marketing materials through Veeva Vault.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Medical, Editorial and Regulatory teams to ensure materials are accurately prepared, referenced, submitted and tracked through the review and approval process.

What we’re looking for:

- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats
- Experience with medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing content
- Strong understanding of MLR / regulatory review workflows
- Experience managing submissions, claims, references and supporting documentation
- Ability to manage multiple materials and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ideally, experience taking ownership of workflows and working with stakeholders at a more senior level
