About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software solutions and leveraging modern development practices.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical eDiscovery platforms used by legal professionals worldwide. This is a hands-on engineering position where you'll take ownership of features from concept to deployment, helping shape products that deliver real business impact.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Build and support scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full technology stack.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews.




- Leverage AI development tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and productivity improvements while ensuring quality and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software development best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET/C# development.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of automated testing principles and practices.
- Experience owning production systems and resolving live incidents.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
