- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach to successful placement.
- Actively execute sourcing on LinkedIn.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top-tier candidates.
- Conduct advanced Boolean searches to uncover hidden talent pools.
- Apply your US recruiting agency experience to streamline hiring workflows and deliver quality results.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Requirements

- +7 years of experience in recruiting.




- +5 years of headhunting.
- +2 years of experience in the tech industry.
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
- A strong sense of ownership and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced market.

Work conditions

- Full-time position.
- Core job schedule: 09:00 PST - 14:00 PST and three hours on a versátil schedule.
- 100% remote environment.
