We are seeking a results-driven Paid Social Campaign Manager to plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage paid social campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor performance daily and optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research.
- Track KPIs,



prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing performance-based paid social campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other major advertising platforms.
- Analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with performance data.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage campaigns independently.
- Experience in gaming, rewards, affiliate marketing, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- High level of ENGLISH is a must.
