We are looking for a Sr. Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and TypeScript to build scalable, intuitive, and reliable digital experiences. This role requires a combination of technical excellence, product thinking, UX judgment, and end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

- 6+ years of professional experience building production-grade frontend applications.
- Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with application state management, complex forms, data-heavy interfaces, and REST API integrations.
- Experience creating reusable UI components, component libraries, or design systems.
- Solid knowledge of automated testing and frontend quality practices.
- Experience collaborating directly with Product and UX/UI Design teams.
- Proven ability to shape user experiences, not only implement predefined designs.
- Ability to take ownership of a product area and make sustainable, long-term technical decisions.
- Practical experience using current AI and agentic coding tools.




- Ability to critically review AI-generated code and take full responsibility for the final implementation.
- Experience working effectively in small, autonomous, and collaborative teams.
- Strong communication skills and advanced English.

Main Responsibilities

- Build and enhance the agent, admin, and borrower portals.
- Develop intuitive interfaces for complex and data-intensive financial information.
- Solve advanced frontend challenges involving application state, complex forms, data tables, and API integrations.
- Collaborate directly with Product and Design to define and implement new features.
- Maintain and extend the shared component library, design tokens, and reusable UI patterns.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs using OpenAPI-generated types and data-fetching hooks.
- Take end-to-end ownership of frontend features and product areas, including their long-term evolution.
- Improve frontend architecture, automated testing, build tools, and developer experience.
- Provide technical guidance, unblock other engineers, and contribute to decisions that extend beyond individual sprints.
- Use AI and agentic coding tools while maintaining full ownership of code quality, security, and maintainability.
