TA Coordinator Location: Queretaro – Guadalajara

As a TA Coordinator, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high-quality, cost-effective service to our clients.
Work you’ll do The HR Coordinator is essential to providing world-class experience for all those involvedin our recruiting process.
- Works together with the recruiters to facilitate the experienced hire recruiting process.
- Interacts directlywith recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process.
- Recruitment events:Planning and organizing campus visits, careerfairs, and other recruiting eventsto attract candidates.
The team The Talent Acquisition team sits within our Talent Operations organization and collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services.
Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire (i.e., Campus, Experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting).
ADMX is a member of the Integral Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value.

Qualifications
Required:
- Completion of courseof study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry(e.g. Human Resources,
Psychology, Administration)
- Advanced English level.
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in officecomputer software/systems (MSOffice, Access, Word, Excel,PowerPoint)

Preferred:
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo)
- Strong customer service
- Highly attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
