A Snapshot of Your Day The Team Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the GT Services Latin America North management team. The role ensures efficient office operations, supports business activities across the region, coordinates internal and external communications, and contributes to the successful execution of strategic, operational, and customer-related initiatives. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Manage expense reporting and calendar scheduling for senior leadership.
- Support onboarding activities and handle confidential information.
- Prepare monthly management reports and track strategic initiatives.
- Maintain internal reporting tools, databases, and SharePoint sites.
- Coordinate logistics for customer events, workshops, and internal meetings.

What You Bring

- High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or team support roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with travel management, calendar coordination, expense reporting, and event logistics.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
- Native or C1 Spanish and B1 or higher English proficiency.
