About the Role

CEVA Logistics Mexico is looking for a proactive WMS Super User - Logistics Operations to join our Information Technology team.

In this role, you will support both office and warehouse operations by ensuring the reliability of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will provide technical support, participate in system implementations, coordinate testing activities, train end users, and support go-live deployments while working closely with Operations, IT, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary WMS Super User during system implementations and warehouse deployments.
- Coordinate and participate in QA, UAT, and go-live activities.




- Train end users and develop operational documentation and work instructions.
- Support warehouse teams by troubleshooting system issues and ensuring successful user adoption.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and project teams to continuously improve warehouse processes and system performance.

Candidate Profile

This role will provide on-site support at our CPA Distribution Center in Cuautitlán, while also delivering remote support to users across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure support skills with experience in WMS implementations, user training, and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.
- Experience with system implementations, QA/UAT testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
