Workday HCM Functional – Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demandsof travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:

- Configure system requirements for various Human Resources processesincluding, but not limited to Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence.
- Provide end-to-end businessprocesses, supported by technical configuration.
- Analyze and recommend continuedprocess improvements and system enhancements to support customers.
- Ensure selected work products meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications

Required

- 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of course ofstudy/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- Responsible for supporting project workstreams and/or teams.
- Identifies key drivers,defines problems, and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- 2+ years of related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a Workday end user.
- Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system.
- Understandingof HR data models, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, businessprocesses and organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the clientorganization.
- Strong problem solvingand troubleshooting skillswith the abilityto exercise maturejudgement.
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive attitudeto learn and investigate.
- Superior Communication Skillsin Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

- Workday HCM Certified
- Consulting experience, preferably with a largeconsulting firm.
