As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team! In this role, you will play a key part in growing our world class team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Location:
We are considering eligible candidates for this role in the Merida area as this is an in-person role based in our Merida office.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating second interviews, completing reference checks and extending offer letters
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies for Push to attract top-tier talent
- Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for our Engineering, Customer Success and Sales departments
- Researching and remaining current on talent management trends,
best practices and emerging technologies to give recommendations for continuous improvement
- Contributing to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by creating compelling job postings, engaging content and attending job fairs
Requirements:
- You are fluent in English in both written and oral communication
- You have 2+ years experience of previous technical recruitment experience
- You are organized and have strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- You are coachable and open to feedback / growth
Bonus Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience with Push Operations ATS and/or Sparkhire
- Previous startup experience
