Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree on Engineering or related field of study
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leading position for engineering areas
- Strong knowledge on manufacturing process for electronical products
- Management of product development, ECR’s Management, Continuous improvement initiatives, cost reporting and manufacturing transitions.
- Conversational English is a must
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), design for Assembly (DFA), PFMEA, Control Plans.
- Previous manage of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive electronics), IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001), Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Failure Analysis
- Strong knowledge of improvement skills such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Knowledge of a analytical skills Statistical process control (SPC), Data analysis and reporting, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), MES systems, Minitab or similar statistical software, Microsoft Excel
