MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, reliability, industrial systems, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience implementing Value Stream Map, Quick Change over methods & Kaizen Events.
- Experience in Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, communicated and explained, understood and accepted, implemented and developed.
- Planning and initiating of lean projects and change processes across multiple functions to improve productivity and meet productivity goals.
- Lead of improvement projects with the use of lean methodology e.g. (Standardized Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Design, TPM Tools, Problem solving tools like Ishikawa, 5 why, SMED, etc.)
