What will your mission be?

Lead the Growth Strategy in Mexico, ensuring P&L; profitability through the acquisition of new projects/clients, driving commercial activity, and leading the sales team.

Guarantee operational excellence from the engineering and implementation of Isotrol's products and services through to O&M; (Operations and Maintenance).

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for [Distributed Generation / Utility Scale / Storage] projects.
- Originate, negotiate, and close key supply contracts for Isotrol's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships at the highest level with clients, specifiers, manufacturers, and partners.




- Project Governance: Oversee the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and develop mid-level managers and technical team leads, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior management to define, track, and achieve regional team goals.
- Financial Oversight: Aid in budget development, resource allocation, and forecasting for the operations department.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that the highest quality standards and best practices are maintained in all customer-facing delivered projects.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills) and Requirements:

- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in Management, Business Development, or Project Finance roles within the renewable energy sector.
- Mastery of the Mexican Market: Deep knowledge of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM), Grid Code and current regulations in Mexico.
- Contract Management: Extensive experience negotiating contracts.
- Languages: Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential for dealing with the headquarters, foreign investors, and general suppliers.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering and control systems.
