You will:

- Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters, including disputes, labor proceedings, litigation, negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
- Conduct and advise on complex and sensitive workplace investigations, including matters involving senior leaders, allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, conflicts of interest, and other issues with significant legal, regulatory, or reputational impact.
- Provide legal guidance on disciplinary proceedings, performance management, workforce reductions, terminations, and other challenging employment matters, balancing legal risk, employee experience, and business objectives.
- Advise on labor and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.

- Support strategic business initiatives, including reorganizations, restructurings, M&A; transactions, outsourcing arrangements, hubbing initiatives, workforce integrations, and other transformational projects.
- Counsel on executive employment matters, employment agreements, employee data management, whistleblower and ethics investigations, immigration matters, and other cross-border employment issues.
- Partner with HR and Ethics & Compliance stakeholders to develop, implement, and deliver training and awareness programs on key workplace policies and conduct standards, including the Code of Conduct, Prohibition Against Sexual Harassment, Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Retaliation, Speak Up/Reporting channels, and other employment-related policies.
- Advise on the development, interpretation, implementation, and enforcement of integral and local employment, workplace conduct, and ethics policies, ensuring consistency, legal compliance, and alignment with NIQ's values and culture.
- Counsel business and HR leaders on employee relations, labor and union matters, workplace transformations, disciplinary processes, investigations, and people-related policies and programs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Legal, HR, Privacy, Ethics & Compliance, Security, and other functions to deliver integrated and commercially pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, building strong relationships across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.
