The adecuado candidate will be responsible for leading the overall operation of a high-precision industrial manufacturing plant, ensuring profitable and competitive business performance through the execution of production plans, strategic cost management, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for someone with business acumen who can transform the operation toward a model with greater discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Track plant P&L; and cost structure, with an emphasis on raw materials
- Ensure production plans are met on time, on quality, and on cost
- Report business results, risks, and opportunities to the Board of Directors
- Strategically lead supply chain and sourcing strategy
- Drive continuous improvement, modernization,



and digitalization initiatives across the plant
- Strengthen middle management leadership and build succession plans
- Maintain a constructive labor relationship with the unionized workforce

Qualifications

- Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced management degree (a plus)
- 12+ years leading industrial operations with full plant-level responsibility
- Experience running plants of 500+ employees with a unionized workforce
- Strong command of industrial P&L; and financial/business acumen
- Business-level English
