staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.Qualifications- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience- Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.- Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.- program management skills- Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.- Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L; objectives.- Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure, Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.- Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),
