Required Profile- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, employee relations, and payroll administration.- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.- Hands-on experience with SAP and Workday for HR administration and employee data management.- Experience with talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).- Experience with Fortia is considered a plus.- Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
