Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:Sr Frontend DeveloperKey responsibilitiesLocation: EST TimeZone (Mex or Arg)- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends.- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.- Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability.- Utilize state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query to build efficient and reliable applications.- Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router to deliver seamless user experiences.- Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications.- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.- Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support.- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend.- Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams.- Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation,



and technical planning activities.- Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team.- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency.- Contribute to capability building by designing technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of web applications throughout their lifecycle.Preferred Leadership Responsibilities- Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.- Lead a team of UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews.- Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.- Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related discussions with clients and stakeholdersADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.Job type: Remote.Location: MexicoSalary: $75,000 grossBenefits: Excellent superior benefits.All done!Your application has been successfully submitted!Other jobsYou've already applied for this jobWe appreciate your interest in this position.
