Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with strong experience managing the submission and approval of medical and marketing materials through Veeva Vault .

You'll work closely with Marketing, Medical, Editorial and Regulatory teams to ensure materials are accurately prepared, referenced, submitted and tracked through the review and approval process.

What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats
- Experience with medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing content
- Strong understanding of MLR / regulatory review workflows
- Experience managing submissions, claims, references and supporting documentation
- Ability to manage multiple materials and deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ideally, experience taking ownership of workflows and working with stakeholders at a more senior level
