About the Role

Do you have experience building Klaviyo flows and campaigns that turn first-time customers into repeat buyers?

We're a multi-brand pet products company looking for an experienced email marketer to own email strategy and execution across our subscription, single-purchase, and wholesale brands.

You'll improve existing lifecycle programs, build campaigns around new product releases, and launch a wholesale email program from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with direct access to the CEO and ownership of your work—from planning and building to testing and reporting.

What You'll Do
- Grow subscription retention: Build and improve welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and cancellation-related flows.
- Drive repeat purchases: Create campaigns for product launches, new releases, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Launch wholesale email: Develop a program for retail buyers and wholesale accounts,



with messaging tailored to their purchasing needs.
- Test and improve performance: Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation, then apply what you learn.
- Grow and maintain healthy lists: Optimize signup forms, segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Own Klaviyo execution: Manage flow logic, integrations, account setup, and ongoing audits across our brands.
- Deliver accurate campaigns: Check links, rendering, dynamic content, and personalization before launch.
- Report on results: Use Klaviyo and Google Analytics to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate across brands: Work with brand managers on content calendars, priorities, and release schedules.
