It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to our growing team - our growth marketing team owns the full funnel from first touch through signup, connection, activation, and credit period. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will have the opportunity to manage that funnel as a system.
You will shape our organic presence, optimize our website and onboarding flows, help coordinate our paid media plan with an agency, and design experiments that move the metrics that matter: host acquisition, signup conversion, and activation. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:




Organic & Content Distribution
Owning SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels
Partnering on content creation; lead distribution, optimization, and performance
Managing organic social as a discovery and trust channel
Partnering with Product and Design to run tests and ship improvements
Developing hypotheses, run tests, and analyze results
Pulling and analyzing your own data; Connecting channel performance to downstream outcomes
Communicative : You can clearly communicate and translate marketing performance into language the business acts on.
You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow across research, writing, building, and testing. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS environment
A track record of improving search rankings and organic performance—not just producing content briefs
