B2B Sales Executive | Remote | EST Hours
Calls Experts is a integral contact center solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in the North American market.
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing remote team and generate qualified business opportunities for our closing team across industries including AI, finance, and marketing.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate and qualify B2B leads.
Engage with decision-makers and identify business opportunities.
Manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM.
Follow up with prospects and support the sales process through deal closure.
Maintain accurate customer records, spreadsheets, and sales data.
Track KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
At least 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.
Strong communication, persuasion,



and objection-handling skills.
Experience speaking with decision-makers (SaaS or technology sales experience is an advantage).
Experience using CRM platforms and dialer systems.
Strong work ethic, accountability, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (schedule subject to change).
Technical Requirements
Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS (Tahoe, Sequoia, or Sonoma)
Minimum 12 GB RAM
CPU benchmark score of 6,000+ (Intel Core i5 8th Gen or newer, or AMD equivalent)
Fiber optic internet connection.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $800 USD per month (paid monthly).
Performance Bonus: Up to $500 USD per month.
