The role is critical forstrengthening financial steering, performance management, and internal controlsto ensure the business can scale effectively and maintain profitable growth.
Toachieve these objectives, this role focuses on three core areas: advancedFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) for strategic forecasting,comprehensive Performance Management & Reporting to provide actionableinsights to leadership, and robust Internal Controls & Process Improvementto enhance efficiency and compliance.
These areas directly address the need forscalable financial governance as the business expands.
Given the focus onexpert-level financial oversight, the ideal candidate will be a SpecialistProfessional with significant experience in financial analysis, modeling, andcorporate finance.
Proficiency in SAP and BI tools, coupled with a strongunderstanding of internal control frameworks and the ability to manage complexprojects with limited oversight, will be essential for success in this role.How You'll Make an Impact- Develop and manage short- and long-term financialplans, forecasts, and budgets for the Digital Grid business in Americas.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis of profitability,costs, revenues, working capital, and key performance indicators to supportstrategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain financial models that evaluatebusiness performance and assess the impact of new initiatives and marketconditions.
- Lead financial reporting activities, includingmonthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews,



providing actionableinsights to management.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliancewith company policies, financial regulations, and governance requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging SAPand business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, andscalability.What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,Business Administration, or a related field.
- +8 years of progressive experience in FinancialPlanning & Analysis (FP&A;), controlling, or corporate finance within amultinational organization.
- Proven experience managing complex financial analyses,forecasting processes, and performance management activities with limitedsupervision.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reportingsystems.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in BusinessIntelligence and data visualization tools.
